Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the procedure and conditions for processing personal data, as well as measures to ensure their security, undertaken by the Production Agency Sevastopol Ball (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.2. The Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152—FZ of 27.07.2006."About personal data" and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.
1.3. The Policy applies to the personal data that the Operator receives:
when using the website https://sevbal.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website);
when contacting through the Operator's contact channels (including messengers/social networks), including the official community https://vk.com/sevbalru .
When using messengers/social networks, data processing is also carried out by the relevant platforms according to their rules and policies.
1.4. Tickets for the Operator's events are purchased through third-party services (aggregators/payment solutions), including Nethouse, Casha24, and Payberry. These services are independent operators of personal data regarding the registration and payment of tickets, and the conditions for processing personal data are determined by their documents (policies/offers).

The terms are used in the meanings defined by 152-FZ.

4. What data is being processed
4.1. The Operator may process the following personal data (depending on the scenario):
FULL name;
date of birth;
city/place of residence;
email address;
links/IDs of social networks;
dancing experience (in free form);
the photo provided by the user (for consideration of the application for participation in the ball program);
correspondence and other information that the user voluntarily provides when applying.
4.2. Depersonalized/technical data about the Site visit (including cookies, IP address, browser and device information, identifiers, browsing parameters and actions on the Site) can also be automatically processed - if this is allowed by the user's settings and implemented on the Site (see Section 10).
4.3. The Operator does not request or process special categories of personal data (race/nationality, political views, religion, intimate life, etc.). The Operator also does not use photographs to establish identity (identification) and does not process biometric personal data for identification purposes.
5. Processing purposes
The Operator processes personal data for:
5.1. consideration of applications for participation in the ballroom program (selection of participants), communication with the applicant and organizational communication;
5.2. organization of the applicant's participation in the event program (coordination, information, clarification);
5.3. responding to user requests received through contact channels (mail/messengers/social networks);
5.4. analytics and improvements of the Website, attendance statistics, evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (see section 10).
6. Legal grounds for processing
The operator processes personal data based on:
the consent of the personal data subject (including expressed through sending data in the form and/or through the consent checkbox on the Website);
the need to conclude/execute contracts (when applicable);
other grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Processing conditions
Personal data is processed using automation tools and/or without them. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access.
8. Storage and timing
8.1. Personal data is stored by the Operator for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing, and in any case no more than 10 (ten) years. The term of 10 years is calculated: for data received through forms on the Website — from the date the User sent the corresponding form (the date of submission of the application); for data received by e—mail/messengers/ social networks - from the date the Operator received the first message containing personal data.; for photos and videos created at the event (as well as provided by the User for participation in the program) — from the date of the event / date of shooting. If for certain categories of data a longer storage period is expressly provided for by law or is necessary for the performance of the contract/ protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator (for example, in a dispute), such data may be stored longer than the specified period — within the limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.2. Upon achievement of the processing objectives or after the expiration of the specified period, personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization, unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 9. Transfer to third parties and commission of processing 9.1. The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data and/or provide access to it to contractors and services used for the operation of the Site and internal processes (for example, storage/ CRM / mail), subject to compliance with legal requirements and contractual confidentiality obligations. 9.2. When purchasing tickets through third-party services, the processing of personal data for ticket registration/payment is carried out by such services independently (see clause 1.4). 10. Cookies, analytics and pixels 10.1. The Site may use Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, VK Pixel, as well as cookies and other analytics technologies for statistics, improvement Website quality and evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. 10.2. The User can restrict cookie processing in the browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the correct operation of certain Website functions. 11. Cross-border transfer The operator uses services whose infrastructure may be located outside the Russian Federation (in particular, Google services and other cloud/analytical services). In this regard, data processing and storage within the framework of such services may be carried out on the territory of foreign countries. 12. Photo and video shooting at events and publishing materials 12.1. Photo and video filming (reportage and/or staged) may be carried out at the Operator's events in order to cover the events, prepare reporting and promotional materials, as well as publish on the website sevbal.ru and in the official social networks of the project. 12.2. If you would like to inform us about the undesirability of publishing an image with your participation or ask us to delete/replace the material, send an appeal to the Operator's e-mail. agency@sevbal.ru by attaching a link to the publication (or a description of the material) and, if possible— the date/location of the shooting. The operator will review the request and, if there are grounds, take action if it is technically possible and does not contradict the law. 13. Rights of the personal data subject The personal data subject has the right to request information about the processing of personal data, to request clarification or deletion of data, as well as to revoke consent to the processing of personal data — within the limits provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 14.
